ATM: The ATMs can be found at various locations on Dorfstraße in front of the hotel.
Backpack: You can borrow the complimentary backpack from your room. Please re-hang it when you are finished. You may also purchase the backpack at the reception for € 55.00
Banks: The Sparkasse and Raiffeisen bank you will find it on the right side of the Dorfstraße. A Volksbank is located on the left side of the same street. All three banks are within three minutes walking distance.
Bar: Treat yourself to an aperitif before dinner.
Bathrobe: You will find a folded bathrobe on the top of the closet in your room.
Bath bag: You will find it in your room with the towels for the wellness aria
Breakfast: You may help yourself to an elaborate breakfast at our buffet between 7.30 and 10.00.
Beauty: The „Art of Beauty“-salon – run by Alexandra – is located next to the hotel entrance. A detailed price- and beauty treatment-brochure is attached to this information letter. Bus schedule: is located at the reception.
Cabin-breakfast: Once a week during the summer, you can experience a „cabin-breakfast“ in our Galtür cabin, „Klein Zeinis,“ located at 1800 m above sea level.
Check-out: On the day of your departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 10:00. In the case of an earlier departure, the room will be charged based on the normal departure time.
Cross-country-skiing: A cross-country ski-run map is included in this notebook. All routes for cross-country skiers through the winter countryside of Paznaun range from 1,377 m to 2,036 m elevation.
Dinner: Dinner is served from 18:00 to 20:00. Please select your choice of dinner at breakfast. We do not serve dinner to patrons in ski attire.
Disco „Fire & Ice“: Visit us in our discotheque „Fire and Ice“ immediately next to the Silvretta cable car station (only open during the winter season) Apres Ski: from 16:00 – 19:00 disco 21:00 – 04:00
E-bike: Discover nature and the beautiful landscape of the Paznauner mountains by e-bike. You can rent an electric bicycle from sports shops close by the hotel. There are 20 recharging stations located in the valley.
Environmental protection: We use organic cleaning supplies exclusively from the company Hollu-Eco, which has been recognized with the European and Austrian environmental protection certificate. In light of this, we request that you turn off the main power switch (located next to the door) when you leave your room, so that electricity is not used unnecessarily. Together we’ll keep the environment clean!
Fax: If you would like to send a fax, you can do so at the reception. Each page is € 0,25. Our number is +43/5444/5571.
Food: In our kitchen, only products that the chef has personally selected are carefully processed. These products are, when possible, natural and organic. We value fresh, quality, and local goods.
Gluten-free: A gluten-free menu is available upon request. We have 30 year’s experience in meeting our guest’s dietary needs.
High-Bike: In Ischgl’s Paznaun motorcycle testing center, you can try out the newest models from BMW, KTM, Ducati and Triumph. The test district encompasses approximately 30 Alpine passes in Tirol, Switzerland, Italy, and Bavaria. The center is open from June to September. You will receive a 30 € discount with your Silvretta Card.
Hiking: During the summer we offer guided hikes 3-4 times a week. You may also obtain complimentary hiking maps with route descriptions from the reception or at the tourist office. Winter hiking paths are shown in the attached cross-country ski map.
Hotel entrance: The hotel doors are locked at 23:00, but may be accessed anytime with your room key. Please close the doors behind you!
Indoor pool: You can swim in the Silvretta Center daily from 10:00 until 22:00. The center is a three-minute walk from the hotel. Reduced admission with your guest card.
Information: All information in this notebook can also be found at the reception, where we are pleased to answer any questions you may have.
Luggage: In the case of an early arrival or a late departure, you may store your luggage in our baggage depot.
Lunch: In our restaurant “Fire & Ice” – directly next to the Silvretta cable car, open at 12:00 (Only open in winter)
Massage treatments: You can book your massage treatments at the reception. A detailed treatment- and price- brochure is attached to this information letter.
Minibar: We would be happy to fill your minibar for you. Please fill out and return the attached minibar form to the reception or the service personnel.
Mountainbike: Ischgl has the largest and most beautiful mountain bike arena in Austria. You can obtain a complimentary mountain bike map with route descriptions at the reception or in the tourist office. Upon request, we also offer guided mountain bike tours. If you require tools, air pumps, or a repair stand, or wish to wash your bike, please inform reception. A permanent wash-station is installed at the Silvretta Cable Car valley station, underneath the entrance staircase.
Night sledding: Every Monday and Thursday! You can travel up with the Silvretta cable car from 19:00 until 20:30. Ischgl guarantees nighttime sledding fun on the 7km-long sledding route from the Idalpe (you can also rent a sled there) to Ischgl.
Payment: You can pay your bill in cash, or with EC-, Visa-, or Mastercard.
Parking garage: Please park your car (max height 2,2m) in our garage free of cost. You can retrieve your parking ticket at the reception with a € 20.00 deposit. The garage is located in the center of town across from the tourist office, approximately three minutes from the hotel by foot.
Pharmacy/Doctor: Dr. WALSER is located next to the Silvretta cable car, on Silvretta Platz, Tel.: 05444 5200, Office hours: Mo to Fr from 08:00 – 11:30 and 14:30 – 17:30. During the winter season daily from 08:00 – 11.30 and 14:30 -18:30
Radio: You can find various radio channels on the TV. Please set the volume low.
Receipt: In order to avoid a long wait in the morning, you can pay your bill the evening before your departure.
Reception: Occupied until 23:00, speed dial key „reception“ or dial „9“.
Room Keys: Your keys open the doors and the ski box. The hotel doors are locked at 23:00, but may be accessed anytime with your room key. We charge € 50,– per lost key.
Safe: Please place your valuables in the room safe.
Fire & Ice Restaurant: Visit our restaurant “Fire & Ice”, located next to the Silvretta Seilbahn. Open from 12:00 through 23:00 Uhr (only open during winter).
Silvretta Card: “All Inclusive“ Your personal, complimentary Silvretta Card entitles you to many free and unlimited services. Only available during the summer.
Skiboots: We request that you not enter your room with your ski boots. There is a heated boot rack in the ski room.
Ski closet: Located in the ski room. The closet number is identical to your room number. Please lock the closets with your room key.
Ski lifts: You can comfortably reach the ski lifts through the village tunnel (approximately 50 m away from the hotel – on the right hand side). Hours of operation: 8:30 – 16:00, during daylight savings time until 16:30.
Ski rental and Sporting goods store: In „SPORT ADLER“, across from the Silvretta cable car, you can purchase or rent ski equipment, or have your equipment repaired. Guests receive a 10% discount on rentals. Other sports stores are located along Dorfstraße and on the Idalpe.
Ski-school: The office is located at the Silvretta cable car (valley station), Pardatschgard cable car (valley station) or on the Idalpe, directly next to the restaurant. Tel.: +43-(0) 5444-5257
Smoking: Please note that all our rooms are smoke-free. In case of a violation, we charge a cleaning fee of € 50.00. If smoking triggers the fire alarm, a fee of € 500.00 will also be added to this amount by the Ischgl fire department. Please use the ashtrays.
Souvenirs: At the reception, you can purchase the backpack for € 55,–, Oups-booklets for € 12,90, 2 Gabriel wine glasses in the original present box for € 26,– Adler’s select houswine, bath bag for € 30,– bathrobe for € 60,– and cook book for € 25,–.
Swimming Pool: Located on the outskirts of Ischgl, the outdoor pool is open from July until the end of August. Free entry with the Silvretta Card.

Tennis hall: Indoor and outdoor courts are available, please inquire at the reception.
TV: It is possible to see a panorama of Ischgl and Galtür around the clock on your television. We kindly request that you keep the volume on your TV low. You may find a list of available channels in this notebook.
Umbrellas: Complimentary umbrellas are available next to the hotel entrance.
Water: Refresh body, mind, and soul with our homeopathic, refined spring water.
Wake-up call: To request a wake-up call, please inform the reception of your desired alarm time.
Weather: You have the possibility to see a panorama of Ischgl and Galtür around the clock on your television. The daily weather forecast you will find on the breakfast table.
Welcome refreshment: The bottle of mineral water in your room is complimentary.
Wellness: Open daily from 16.00, or from 14.00 in case of bad weather. The sauna area is an exclusively garment-free area. We ask for your understanding that entry to the sauna is allowed for children 16 and older, with the exception of the whirlpool. We offer a sauna, an herbal steam bath, a sun steam bath, an infrared room, whirlpool, hot and cold pools, Kneipp pools and outdoor area. Handtowels are located in your room.
Wireless Internet: All rooms are equipped with wi-fi. You can request the complimentary ticket at the reception desk.
